Minister Paul Givan has identified c£400m needed to deliver on #childcare
Northern Ireland Assembly needs to consider the return on this investment in terms of economic growth, parental employment & children's long-term development. This is not a cost, it's an investment, already long overdue

While we accept that delivery of a new Early Learning & Childcare Strategy will take time, it is not good enough that there is no progress on the promised interim support for #childcare - parents are struggling right now with many being forced out of work. Urgent action needed.
