Did the SPEAR course recently. Can’t stop thinking about it. Intravascular femoral arterial and venous access intra arrest…. Just love the fact I can’t stop thinking about it… exactly what pioneering practice should be. Thought provoking.

An analysis of REBOA use in the DODTR finds that out of 17 cases, survival was 82%.

However, the low volume of use suggests there may be limited utility of this device.

-Cordis 8f for our eCPR but micropuncture if tricky
