Our #BAM2024 symposium on workplace mental health and wellbeing and productivity is underway - Louise Thomson is starting things off with an overview of the issues and our research programme
The first research paper at our #BAM2024 symposium is by @janebourke of Cork University Business School (CUBS) and focuses on inclusive workplaces and innovation - with evidence from the UK, Ireland and Sweden
The second paper at our symposium is by ERC research fellow Dr Maria Wishart and focuses on psychological safety in teams and the disclosure of mental health issues, drawing on some fascinating qualitative evidence Economic and Social Research Council WBS
Our third paper at this evening’s #BAM2024 conference is presented by Dr Juliet Hassard of Queen's University Belfast 🎓 and focuses on the happy worker hypothesis- investigating the role of the psychosocial safety environment in employee wellbeing and performance Economic and Social Research Council
