🔬ERLIN1 and TM6SF2 proteins interact at the ER membrane. Our data suggest that the ERLIN1 p.Ile291Val variant may be stabilizing of the ERLIN1-TM6SF2-ApoB complex, thus leading to increased ApoB lipidation and secretion of nascent VLDL particles and decreased liver fat (3/3)
