In preparing for today's @DerbyshireCC debate in UK House of Commons I came across this stunning revelation.
Since 2019, Derbyshire has received £17.5MILLION to spend on Special needs #SEND and has spent just £1.5M (9%) of it- all whilst parents desperately try to access SEND places.
