Invest in & develop existing firefighters as each FRS should.

An over reliance on neighbouring services isn’t limited to Buckinghamshire. East Sussex FRS continually rely on pumps from Kent & other services to protect their residents. Firefighters in East Sussex FBU have had enough of dangerously low crewing levels!
