Maybe I'm reading too much into this but there was something very deliberate in how Rishi Sunak included #LevellingUp in his first speech as PM. Pundits said he wasn't into it as Chancellor, but today's speech sounded like a reaffirmation to me

Relieved to hear new PM #RishiSunak acknowledge he's got difficult decisions to make, talk about the need to rebuild trust and be clear that #LevellingUp is back on the agenda. All vital, and all explored in our #StateoftheStateUK report with Reform - out next week
