The edgy elm! 🌳

These striking flowers pop out in early spring across the elm's branches in spectacular pinkish-red clusters. They are hermaphrodites, having both male and female parts.

A taste of Spring at Edinburgh’s green belt near Mortonhall (which is disappearing rapidly The City of Edinburgh Council 😱) with sashy We had to fight our way past tractors & diggers but found a wee oasis 💚🥵☺️
