58 y/o F w/ well-controlled HIV, ESRD on HD p/w 4 days of abdominal pain, fevers, chills, & abnormal vaginal bleeding. Hypotensive. +large infiltrative uterine mass on imaging. Blood cultures grew gram+ rods in the anaerobic bottles.
