This makes me think that Dworkin offers a very compelling account of how to think about 'precedent' that nonetheless gets the sociological/ institutional dimensions of law quite wrong.

Tech Platforms in a New Age of Competition Law is underway, currently listening to Anupam Chander and Elettra Bietti present separately on the scope of the AICOA and the intersection between antitrust and regulation, w/ reactions by Jonathan Mayer and Christopher Sagers.

Looking forward to participating in this antitrust conference with Clark Asay, Elettra Bietti, Jonathan Mayer and others--I'll be talking about how Democratic (!) tech antitrust proposals will undermine content moderation related to election disinformation and hate speech.
