And again, just to see how truly mind-blowingly gobsmackingly bananas current global sea surface temperatures are, here is the graph of global sea surface temperatures with the year 2023 omitted.

CO₂ on April 24th ~ 428.42 ppm

It's looking like the is going to suffer a huge fake-loss on their 426.80 ppm over/under for the peak monthly average.

F&%king 'Earth Day' is now in the corporate capitalist hands of e-bikes & EVs, solar and wind eco-devastation, and every product you don't need to show off how f&%king eco-conscious you are.

'Earth Day' is incompatible with capitalism. Tell those vendors to f&%k off.

One way to see just how truly 'gobsmackingly bananas' North Atlantic sea surface temperatures are right now is to remove the 'less anomalous' year 2023 from the graph.

This just looks impossible in real life.

Code Yikes! (ongoing)

Yesterday marked the third day in a row with global sea surface temperatures at 21.16°C and I am on tenterhooks wondering if the March 1st record of 21.17°C will be broken.

'As phytoplankton populations die or blossom, they will be unable to pull CO2 out of the air... [or] release as much oxygen into the air, which can worsen global warming and carbon build up.'
