Ashfield Development Team are one of those teams where each and every player gives 100% effort and commitment in every game. Even when behind in a crucial match and looking as if they would be defeated, as was the case last night, these boys don’t give up.

Recent signing Teagan Mcghee makes his debut for Ashfield Development Team during the game against Kilsyth Athletic FC. I first met Teagan whilst he was with the 2006 Caledonian Braves squad and was impressed with his skill level. It was good to see him playing with Ashfield.

We were miles off it today and I thought Kilsyth where excellent but what character we showed to score 3 goals in injury time. Ashfield F&AC

With it looking like our final game of the season is going to be the 26th of April , we are now looking to add a few friendlies against 1st teams/amateur sides and other development teams. As well as starting to pencil in pre season friendlies for the summer.
