Security in the Gulf of Guinea is undermined by piracy, trafficking & maritime crime.   UN Office on Drugs & Crime recently trained 24 military personnel from Benin, Togo & Nigeria on search & seizure of vessels.   This training will help improve responses at sea & the safety of local communities.
