Adult Cystic nephroma is considered to be in the same spectrum with Mixed epithelial and stromal tumor (MEST) of #kidney minus the stroma. Pediatric Cystic nephroma is considered a separate entity mostly with DICER1 mutation. Note the hobnail cells. #GUPath

Nice example of Epithelioid Angiomyolipoma (E-AML) of #kidney with carcinoma-like features. MelanA+, HMB45+. Pax8- helps distinguish E-AML from RCC. #GUPath
