Why do some composers and singers in particularly in Hindi film word pronounce the swars as गा,मा,पा,धा when conversing.

Any newspaper in #Pune cares to report blatant, illogical road closures during Ganpati in central #Pune impacting thousands- Unfortunately none. Role of police is to control and facilitate traffic flows not close roads. Closure should be selective and not default blanket action.
