1st layer on the dress today ♥️🔥❤️

As the oil reds tend to be a little transparent, for the lights I’ve mixed in some Cadmium Yellow & for the mids/darks a little transparent Red Oxide/Black

2nd layer will give a deeper red 🤓🙏

These areas can then be further refined / blended (or not) later🤓

I always mix a fresh palette at the beginning of the week - this is my favourite extended chromatic palette mix minus Cadmium Yellow for this portrait & Alizarin Crimson replaced by Rose Quinacridone a cool red 🤓
