Today marks my 34th year working University of Glasgow From milk-boy to Bedellus, I have loved every minute. The university is its people & I have had privilege of working alongside the greatest of colleagues. I owe it a debt of gratitude that I shall never be able to repay - thank you 💙

From tonight until Monday, the south facade of our Main building University of Glasgow will be lit up green to show support for - International Myotonic Awareness Day, on September 15th. Colleagues UofG MVLS provide their support to patients with this disease through hard work & research.

Not long in, so relaxing & watching - Daylight, the 1996 American disaster film. Starring among others - Sylvester Stallone, Amy Brenneman, and Viggo Mortensen. A group of people team together & attempt to find their way out of a collapsed underground tunnel in Manhattan.

Earlier tonight, we had an informal gathering at our Memorial Chapel to welcome our new Chaplain - Reverend Scott Blythe. Many colleagues & students were there from across the university, along with our former Chancellor Sir Kenneth & Lady Calman - all giving their support.
