This school year’s resolution: find the joy.

Who is responsible for your well-being during the school year? You or your school? Or is it a combination of both?

Seems everyone was in organising their classrooms today. I was watching Bluey live.

Me tonight suggesting a takeaway as an ‘end of the holiday’ treat knowing full well that my body is 98% curry sauce and fried rice after the last 6 weeks.

Got through. Nope. No thank you.

One time, my dad took our dog into a pub because he thought the sign on the door said ‘good dogs only.’ What it actually said was ‘guide dogs only.’ I think about that day often.

People work harder when they feel appreciated 👌

Been back at work a week, so of course I’m drinking honey and lemon on a Saturday night. 🪩🌙

One week back at school and I feel like shite. Dosed. No real taste or smell.

In May, we lost my cousin Janice to cancer. She was only 38, but battled with the disease for a long time. She did it with dignity and grace and was one of the most positive people I knew. On Saturday, family and friends are walking in her memory. justgiving.com/crowdfunding/A…
