Another sub acute limb. Pt with sudden onset cold leg at her PCPs office. Doppler with no flow in foot. Pt had leg pain for 2 wks prior.

Clot in SFA and profunda. Went pedal with IVUS guided rotarex and restored flow. Lactate resolved next day. Patient walking home.

70y man admitted w/ UA. Multiple PCIs with several stents in mid-distal LAD, Intermed branch, CX and RCA. Pre-dil w/ Wolverine followed by trissing-balloon with 03 DCB. Would you accept this suboptimal angiographic result to avoid more stents in this complex trifurcation?
