I'd like to thank the young Black scientist who spoke out about the lack of racial diversity among any #LINO22 panels. But it's also a bit sad that he had to stand up and speak, while it should really be the high-ranking (and let's be honest, pretty much all white) scientists.

Rummaging through my old DPhil samples in the Goodwin Group Oxford lab: I certainly had a very colourful project!
