Did you know that the Pointer Sisters' oldest brother, Aaron, a McClymond's grad, played for the Class D Salisbury Braves & the AAA Houston Buffs, and is the last pro baseball player to bat .400 for a season. He is also the 1st African American to become an official in the NFL.

The Pointer Sisters also proud graduates of McClymonds. Bonus: UMass’ very own Julius Erving.

Fun fact: Bill Russell and Frank Robinson were teammates on the same McClymond's High School. Oakland, CA basketball team.
