You might have already heard the sad news of the passing of Leonard “Len” Hayflick, a real legend in the field of cellular aging, discoverer of the replicative limit of normal cells, who coined the term "Cellular Senescence". He gave us this seminar not long ago ⬇️

It is very sad to heard of the passing of Leonard Hayflick. Len was a celebrity in the field of Ageing and his studies pioneered the discovery of Cell Senescence. It is fair to tribute him for inspiring so many generations of researchers. He recently gave a seminar for ICSA 👇
