With a ringing endorsement from Thomas Rid & following an excellent event at Johns Hopkins SAIS, I’m belatedly reading Daniel Moore’s fascinating book “Offensive Cyber Operations” (Oxford University Press). Thus far a very insightful (& needed) deconstruction of the lexicon about cyber warfare.
