The narrative we are so used to seeing about refugees is that of hate and distrust and yet I spent the day with the most brilliant, lovely and inspiring people today. All proud of being advocates & campaigners for the refugee community.

So proud of my staff team at IMIX 🧡 many of whom have lived experience of migration. So proud to see them be empathetic leaders. We have cultivated a culture of growth, friendship & joy in the charity & days like today we get to enjoy each other. 🧡🧡🧡
