A huge round of applause for the EFA ESOL student-actors who performed a play about their experiences of low pay and insecure work, and the obstacles we face when trying to solve these problems.

Today we held a demo outside his employer Wagestream, asking Erik to do the right thing and reinstate the workers.

It was great to come together this month for two English Language Fairs in Lambeth and East London with fellow local ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), adult education and service providers! 🥳

Evidence has been mounting that carers who come to the UK on the health & care visa are being subjected to exploitation & fraud.

Not even the rain or the intimidatory tactics used by callous RSA bosses in calling the police on its own staff will stop the workers protesting for better pay & working conditions.
