Some folks claim 'working from home is bad for mental health'. We surveyed 4,000 people to find out.

The data shows people are very different. It appears choice and flexibility are best for mental health (and not 5-day return to office mandates).

London Underground - known as 'the Tube' to locals - has just defined Friday as off peak all day. Offices and the Tube are how half empty on Friday as we WFH :-)

Data from a top quality survey: 2,274 managers were polled, over 90% are CEOs or CFOs. The survey is run by the Bank of England, UK and US universities. It was founded in 2016 and funded by the Economic and Social Research Council independent research foundation. It

Against all predictions the faculty held on for a 3-3 draw. We didn't deserve it but rode our luck . With three players 50+ (including one Nobel prize winner) amazing we completed the full 90 minutes.

Very cool - fantastic work on CEOs by Oriana Bandiera Raffaella Sadun Andrea Prat Stephen Hansen and Renata Lemos, and love the Klopp connection.

New paper studying the impact of 137 Return to Office mandates on S&P500 firms from 2020-2023. Three key results:

1) RTO mandates are more likely in firms with poor recent stock performance, and in those with powerful male CEOs.

2) Glassdoor data finds RTO mandates
