Most don’t realise that when Govt & Central Bank of any country releases “inflation” data its mostly a scam.

They don’t include things like school fees etc. when calculating their inflation data.

In India, inflation stays above 10% but RBI/Govt will tell you its 6% or below.…

If you're a dividend investor and buying a stock that is not giving more than 2.5% dividend yield with minimum 10 to 12% CAGR in stock price - then why you're buying it?

Why not buy Sovereign Gold Bond then? It gives a guaranteed 2.5% + CAGR of gold which stays around 10-12%.
