I’ll wear this “F” as a badge of honor. Our 2nd Amendment is sacred, and I’ll never back down from defending Georgians’ constitutional rights. wabe.org/gun-control-ad…

Kerber et al. (Nature, 2024) demonstrate that there is little specific to the PDs or the interpersonal domains of HiTOP w/ regard to personality functioning. Both criterion A & B fail to distinguish Axis I and II. Here's our (Donald Lynam Nate Phillips) take. osf.io/53rv8

Mass shootings as routine aren’t the cost of freedom, they’re the cost of blind obstinance. We don’t have to live this way. If we refuse to act while our children are dying, and in a moment when no one is safe from rampant gun violence, then shame on us. /end

This school is 45 minutes from the ones my kids attend. I will never understand why the US is alone in prioritizing access to guns over children's and adults' safety. What will historians make of our abdication of basic duties to keep our children safe? cnn.com/us/live-news/a…

“pro-life” should mean that two students and two teachers from winder, georgia are walking into their first classes of the day right now. but they aren’t.

From the same folks who changed the laws to allow concealed carry on college campuses in GA! And, require that our campus mental health clinics allow clients to carry during sessions. We have no say in setting our own policies. Color me skeptical about finding a middle ground.

There is a new special issue out in PDTRT led by the fabulous Carla Sharp & (the less fabulous) me comparing DSM-5 Section II and III PDs for various outcomes. The intro to the special issue is freely available & provides a brief overview of each study. psycnet.apa.org/fulltext/2025-…

It is insulting, disgusting, and outrageous to see a presidential candidate on stage spreading conspiracy theories that dehumanize immigrants. These are horrifying lies and have been fully debunked.

“Why did they fact check Trump more than Harris?” is high performance level dumb. It’s like looking into a mirror and asking why there’s suddenly another person in the bathroom

Just got simultaneously stung by a yellow jacket and bitten in multiple places by fire ants - all for the gall of doing a wee bit of tending to my backyard. Anyone hiring in Iceland or other places where the scourge of fire ants has yet hit?

If you are only willing to accept the results of your study if they support your hypothesis, you are not really doing science. It's more like pretend science.

We know remarkably little about psychopathy - what it "looks like" and whether it changes in mid to late life. Check out Leigha Rose Waikel's new Registered Report on this topic. And, folks - try the Registered Report format! I'm convinced it is how science was meant to operate.
