I'm always impressed by how specific wildlife road-signs are in #Tasmania , including making clear that #Tasmania nDevils are Endangered.
(But sadly Tasmania is also one of the world's roadkill hot spots).

Absolutely! 🤩 But also, there is no such thing as *too many* #platypus and #echidna specimens on display.😃

Not only do #Tasmania nDevils have the strongest known bite-force of any living mammal, but their mouths are equipped with a barrage of spikes, blades, ridges and bone-crushing cusps - perfect for eating every part of a carcass.

Eastern #quolls come in two delightful flavours: dark chocolate with white chocolate chips, & caramel with white chocolate chips.
Few wild #mammals have dark coats with white spots, & even fewer have distinct colour morphs.
