I'm on my way home thanks Alpecin-Deceuninck Cycling Team where over the next few days hope to make the decision about the Italian classics.
My wrist has no strength atm but very lucky with the blood loss that I'm not in a far worse condition.

15 stitches, 10cm wound and it's GAME OVER. It was fun whilst it lasted.
Thanks for all the messages. I'll be heading back home tomorrow, thanks to the team for sorting me out so quickly, sorry for not bringing the Pokadots home.

Another good day riding bikes in the Pokadots ⚪️🔵⚪️

Not a whole heap of action for us boys, when that break went off into the horizon with that large time gap we knew it would be a easy day in the pelo for the team and that's exactly what it was. 🔜⛰️👀

I vote we always have an easy flat day after a rest day with a 5 -10 min effort at the end 🤌

Today was pretty straight forward for us, keep safe, keep ontop of nutrition and try our hand at the end of the day.

Good sensations for the stage despite it being another hot one!👌🏼

The goal for today was to defend the KOM jersey and that's what we did 😎 Maybe over reached a little on the first Cat 1, but we weren't sure if the GC group would catch for the stage, so we wanted to maximize points early. Another day in 🔵⚪️🔵

Stage 14: Tight twisty roads & a lot of motivated riders meant it was a battle for the breakaway, I tried m hand at getting in but after fair few tries we decided today just wasn’t going to be my day. Another day in Pokadots and another good day in the office :) #LaVuelta22

Had fun supportting Tim yesterday & I’m stoked I was actually able to be involved in the leadout, which was obviously completely new to me, & I I loved every second of it. We didn’t get the win but we gave it everything we had, and we are super proud of that! #lavuelta22

Did someone say Pokadots?! Got a nice suprise when I finished today's stage and I saw this beauty!!! How cool?!?!

We came into the day knowing that it would be hard to control the finish. Sure enough, it got a bit tricky & our train actually got boxed in. The guys tried, but you can only do so much. Another ⛰️ day, not a lot of points up for grabs, let's see what happens

Going through the motions and opening the legs up after a good rest day. So much fun today, the course was awesome fun, the crows / atmosphere was epic, and the best part was having some of my closest mates come out to cheer me on ⚪️🔵⚪️
