Thoughts re upcoming SCOTUS immunity arguments.
There is no such thing as total immunity, and, even if there is partial immunity for official presidential acts, Trump’s conduct here is not within its scope. A bad policy decision might be, but trying to undo the election results…

Not as bad as my 3 day 2 night flight from Cuba to Chicago. Delayed for a passenger freaking out after a fuel problem, a brake problem, and hitting a pothole on the tarmac. Yes, a pothole. No available alternate flights bec it was spring break and every Fl flight was booked.

#SayThisNotThat . Election interference case, not hush money case. Paying hush money is not illegal by itself. It is a crime like Nixons Watergate obstruction of justice when $ is paid to keep citizens from knowing the facts before voting. Trump is charged with that, not hush $.
