Urea:Creatinine ratio in the spotlight! Arthur van Zanten highlights its promise as a biomarker in ICU mobilisation debate at #LIVES2023 - I would add that low creatinine might be indicative of muscle bioenergetic failure as much as high urea indicative of anabolic resistance.
