13 yrs of this Govt mean:
Police don’t have enough resources to investigate crime
Prosecutors can’t prosecute everything
Defence lawyers can’t defend everybody
Courts have 2-5 yrs backlogs
Prisons are at capacity
Criminals are free
Victims don’t get justice
So this is just words

Just an idea people could maybe listen harder when concerns are raised idk 🤷‍♂️

Tomorrow there will still be consultants/ clinicians/ health care workers with life or death fears STILL being ignored and threatened by NHS management across the U.K.

This is the reality of too many clinicians that raise concerns - response is often indifference and worse, hostility and attack
