This evening, a man jumped overboard the #OceanViking. Our team recovered him and he is now out of danger. He was rescued one week ago from a wooden boat in distress. He said “if I knew when we would disembark, I could hold on. But I cannot take this uncertainty anymore".

If you wish to understand how broken the Maltese political system is, tune in to literally any parliamentary committee sitting. This system - it is a total piss-up of taxpayer money. At this point, screaming in the wilderness would be a better system of governance.

A good rule of thumb - if a politician shows up with a '10 point plan' or '5-year plan for regeneration / modernisation / other buzzword', chances are it's more glossy PR than substance. Key identifier: vagueness. If it's all 'vision' and no commitment, you're being played.
