Varken före eller efter är bra! Man har ersatt en modernistisk byggnad med en ny 'klassisk' byggnad som har modernistiska stadsideal. Dvs man har uppfört en ny monoton byggnad med lång och sluten fasad mot omgivande stad. Betongförort i 'klassisk' tappning. Trist & fantasilöst.
