The 'new' Falcon has been in the nest box at least three times today (on one occasion with the Tiercel). She was in the box for 15 minutes on this visit.

The Falcon scriptwriters have been trying to come up with a new storyline now that the youngsters have all moved on. Here it is, another new Falcon. She joined the Tiercel near camera 1 this morning. The (new) resident bird saw her and flew in to introduce herself. More drama...

Apart from the appearance of 'Falcon III' this morning, there hasn't been a lot of activity today. This is a clip of Falcon II in the nest box. The Tiercel was on the parapet at the time and he can be heard calling. The Falcon is making the chirping noises.

A nice spot of 'video bombing' (if that is a thing) by the Pied Waggie, while the Tiercel was on the parapet calling to the Falcon in the nest box.

The 'Intruding Falcon' (P3V) spent more time investigating the nest box today. She certainly seems to have settled in nicely. Potentially good news for next year.

Some good news. The juvenile female was released at a foster site in Essex this morning. As you can see, she has a white ring, ABJ. The adult Tiercel and her new siblings saw and accepted her straight away. No further updates on the other two juvs at this time.

'ABJ' the Kingston College Peregrines female fostered on June 20th. Watched her for 2 hours this morning interacting with her 2 new siblings and at one point, learning to hunt chasing the Tiercel around with prey.

doggie(Alan) Kingston College Peregrines Sadly one of the males had to be euthanised, the fractures to the wing were too bad, the other bird is being cared for in Kent as I understand it.

P3V has been inspecting the box in the last few minutes. Good to see she's still around. I haven't quite forgiven her for booting out the youngsters, but I'm sure I will eventually ๐Ÿ˜‰
