🚨BREAKING: The inhumane Rwanda Bill has passed.

Hundreds, if not thousands of men, women and children now face banishment to an unfamiliar and unsafe country.

All they did was try to find safety and family. We stand with them today. 💔

You cannot legislate to say that some people deserve fewer human rights than others. We remain absolutely opposed to the #RwandaBill , and stand in solidarity and support with all those who have been left more fearful for the future this morning, having come here seeking safety.

As the Rwanda Bill becomes law, the Royal College of Nursing will continue to oppose the government’s approach to asylum on medical, ethical and humanitarian grounds.

Parliament passed the Rwanda Bill last night, clearing the way for the Tories' cruel anti-refugee policy.

Today five people – including a child – died in the Channel as they sought sanctuary in Britain.

Instead of demonising refugees, we must show humanity & create safe routes.
