A standing ovation for Chineke! Foundation, whose Southbank Centre concert last night included the premiere of a Chineke! commission from Stewart Goodyear and a rarity - José Mauricio Nunes Garcia’s Requiem, in what is believed to be the UK premiere of a neglected masterpiece.
