So important - walking - exercising - still totally underestimated in many health conditions- great journal to publish these results in - although it can be hard - especially in disease like MS to overcome fatigue -

And more and more sience supports us to combine BF with 💊- if needed in many cornic diseases - in mild to moderate MS we do not need 💊 - but active MS or #NMOSD we might. More convincing data will be shaken ECTRIMS 2024.🤱🤱🤱

I do not think it should it be a major problem- it is timely and modern medicine to combine modern treatment in chronic disease also with 🤰 and 🤱.

Thank you ECTRIMS and all colleagues- some became friends for your congrats but also your company on this long journey- by the way I only missed 2 ectrims since my first in Stockholm 98- 2004 Vienna (birth of my daughter ) and miserably Lyon- postdoc in the US no entry visa…
