A very significant vote in the EU Parliament today with the rejection of the SUR proposals. These political proposals would have been a severe blow to arable and horticultural crop production across the EU. A good result.

Few breaks allowed for some sowing, oats and beans - shallow sown and ploughed seedbeds to get warm dry root zone conditions. Got good and quick emergence to get crops going quickly. Ad blue errors slowing things, ad bue hygiene critical.
