Don’t agree w/Gil much but he makes a great point. Can say the same for the players who immediately became HC’s post retirement like Isiah, Magic, JKidd, Nash. Only difference is JJ wasn’t a PG but he without a doubt knows the game & the league. That series w/LBJ proves it.
