Today we hosted our first ever in-person Improvement Network networking event! We had time to meet new colleagues with tea and coffee, as well as a workshop led by Dr James Harkness on how to overcome some of the barriers to improvement in healthcare☺️

Yesterday, our winners of the Improvement Festival Plan,Do,Study,Act competition received their prizes. The competition involved stacking cats as high as you can, it was not as easy as it sounded! Congratulations to our winners!
