LSU Eunice joins the entire Acadiana community as we all mourn the recent loss of Senior Corporal Segus Jolivette. A former LSUE student, Sr. Cpr. Jolivette lost his life in the line of duty on Friday. We want to express our deepest sympathies for the Jolivette family.

On Wednesday evening, LSU Eunice celebrated this year's class of Surgical Technology graduates with the department's annual pinning ceremony. We are proud of all 16 of our new Surgical Technologist, one of the largest class of graduates in LSUE history.

We continued the celebration of our summer graduates with Thursday evening's pinning ceremony for our Diagnostic Medical Sonography students. Our eight graduates ALREADY have 100% pass rate on their board exam! Congratulations and best of luck in your next chapter!

The new year is upon us! We ushered in the official start of 2024-25 by celebrating our newest nursing students! Our Nursing Department held its annual White Coat Ceremony, to welcome their 66 new nursing students. We can't wait to see all that you accomplish here at LSUE!

The upcoming Agriculture Symposium presented by LSU Eunice on Friday, September 13 has been postponed, school officials announced on Monday. No new date has been set for the symposium.
