1/ It is important that those who are in receipt of gender-affirming care continue to receive it, and we must be mindful of the overwhelmingly positive experiences of those who have received lifesaving treatment.

For anyone wondering, the YL and LS elections were administered by Civica Election Services, an independent ballot provider that works with 90% of UK trade unions, including Unite the Union, the BMA, and the RCN. But hey, don't let facts get in the way of a good story!
