Biased but I think #thegreatrarebooksbakeoff is one of the most fun engagement events on the Penn State Libraries calendar. There are a ton of great recipes up (& going up) for this year's competition. My "French Tosts" recipe is definitely the oldest & might be the easiest. #frenchtoast
