Great to be in the West Midlands today at OrmistonAcads George Salter Academy and Ormiston Shelfield to celebrate students' outcomes and their future destinations. Today is all about young people and their next steps in life. Education and qualifications really do change lives.

Big shout out to all the support staff who helped students to achieve their results. Lots of hard work, stretching back more than a decade, is embodied in students’ achievements today and the work of support staff will have been significant for many young people.

Hi Michael, this is a panel selected for their expertise. Representative organisations like the one I lead will contribute through giving evidence to the review. I don't think that makes education a democracy-free zone. Expert panels are appointed in lots of fields.
