Every now and then, I think about how exhausted we've all become in the last 8 years. 8 years ago, the second bass player of a band who had 1 hit in the 70s dies & it was all RIP 💔online. James Earl Jones (James Earl f*cking Jones!) passes in 2024, & no one has energy to shrug.

Stress continues into today. Terrible sleep. Going to try to go to the beach, take a long sit in the sand, and breathe in the salt air until I feel regulated again.

You're an author, but what's your degree in? Bachelor of Philosophy in Interdisciplinary Leadership (+ enough English lit. courses for a BA - which last minute they wouldn't give to me bc I graduated in 3 not 4 years. So in my heart I claim one).
