Sad News: my friend Carla Tortelli Nichols has died. She lived with Tom Nichols and his wife Lynn. I wrote about Carla in the Room Rater book and how she saved Tom's life when his house caught on fire. She was a very good girl and I will miss her. 💔💔💔💔
