PS PS Geoffrey Kaituko 🇰🇪 held a meeting btwn Kenya and Indian Maritime Security agencies whose objective was to have a BLA on Maritime security with the purpose of coming up with a strategy on information sharing and fusion on matters of maritime security in the West Indian ocean.

This is unfortunate misleading information. PS Geoffrey Kaituko joined the Ministry of mining , state dept for shipping October 2023 from the state department for Labour and the said books of accounts in question are of the financial year 2021/22 which he was not the PS then.
