Kachinnews reports that the junta released Rev. Hkalam Samson today from the Myitkyina prison. He was arrested in Dec 2022 & had been sentenced to 6 years on charges of alleged terrorism, unlawful association & inciting opposition to the junta (1/2).

On March 25th and 26th, the military junta came to Aa Nan Kwin village, Kyarinnseikyi Township, Karen State, without fighting and bombarded it with Y12 aircraft.

Some monasteries and houses in the village were destroyed. Three villagers were injured by the explosion.
